Todays young Hab target comes to us courtesy of the Hockey News draft follow up. The Habs drafted Kyle Chipchura (Kylie Chinchilla) 18th overall in the draft. This next quote comes directly from the hockey news " Scouting reports on Chipchura don't project him to be a big scorer at the next level. He's a solid second line candidate. " So let me Kirk Perry an obviously unbiased hockey pundent give my take on the Hockey news write up. Kylie Chinchilla is not projected to be a good scorer but he is good enough to play on the Habs second line. I enjoy writing like that. The fact that The Hockey News recognizes the Habs as a team inept in the offensive department brings me more joy than a bucket full of green skittles. It makes me giggle like a sleep deprived blonde girl.

Vlade Divac is now a Laker. Nice. He is easily the third best center the Lakers have ever had after Wilt Chamberlain and Kareem Abdul Jabar and now back to the Hab bashing.

If there is a season this year there will be a lot of new faces in the Habs lineup due to the fact most of last years players just sucked. So I have decided to introduce you to some of the new useless pieces of barbie cuticles over the next few days. Todays target is Andrei Kostitsyn (Andrea Sintit) Andrea is from Belarus when asked if he liked being a Hab here was his response:

"Asked how he has enjoyed his first visit to his prospective future NHL home, Kostitsyn broke into a near-embarrassed grin, turning his gaze to the ground while murmuring something in Russian.

Though a translation was provided, the prospect's answer was already evident." "I would rather be in Siberia being filleted by angry women's libbers"

Ok so the last sentance was mine but I'm sure that was what he was thinking. The rest was taken word for word from Hab Home page. Mr. Sintit plays RW and due to his total lack of offensive and defensive ability I hope he starts for them this year.

I'm back. Big news for my favourite basketball team. If you haven't heard the Lakers have traded Shaquille O'Neil for Lamar Odom, Caron Butler, Brian Grant, and a first round draft pick. Not only does this make the Lakers better but they have resigned Kobe Bryant as well for 7 years. I love sports. Richard Zednik has filed for arbitration with the Habs and at least one hockey pundant is predicting he will get what he deserves. That being a boot to the head. (a skate would be preferred)

Watch for Sweet and Meaty coming to a store near you.
