As I've been surfing around and reading various blogs i have discovered a device that is used by many but not by me as of yet. Until now... Of course I'm referring to the list. Some like them and some don't but noone can argue that by listing a group of thoughts on your blog you can increase the length of your post and for some that is what blogging is all about. (not me) So here I go this will be Kirk's first blog list post. Now I've never done this before so don't make fun of me if I don't do it quite right.

1. A lot of people are talking about Harry Potter. A lot of people are also talking about Christmas. i have also noticed that a lot of people are talking about the weather. I think a lot of people need to shut-up. Wow this list thing is fun.

I took part in this year's annual telethon again. The band formerly known as 7 Cent Tip did three songs this year. The first was Yahweh which is off U2's latest album. We also did two praise songs namely O Praise Him (David Crowder) and Sing to the KIng (everybody) Each year I'm usually asked to do something funny as well so in lieu of that I did my Avril Interpretive dance again. Dan Boyd and Cathy Spicer were my back up dancers. I dedicated the performance to the memory of Darren and Bubbles and challenged all the students that liked Darren to pledge $10.00. Sadly no one did. I've added a few new moves to the routine. (muscles, a book, a pregnant woman and the international symbol for lost) Good night in all. They raised just over $20000.00

Has anyone seen the new commercial for the xbox 360 with all the great skipping rope tricks. I hope this means my dreams are finally about to come true. I've been waiting all my life for a skipping video game. Just think about all the fast pace action with double dutch, duck unders, cross overs. Wow I am so excited. It's amazing you spend your entire life dreaming about something and then to see it happen before your eyes. I just never dreamed it was possible.

Turns out Richard St Jules has already changed his email. This is definitely a pity and yet another cowardly hablike act. I have added 3 new links under my blogs and such section. the first is none other than my nemesis Laura Mitchell. I wanted a quick link to her site because of game # 41. Tell Laura stories about her lookalikes. long but funny story how this game was invented. Basically be on the look out for people that look like Laura and go on her blog and tell her a story about it. There are currently three stories submitted by the two Scotts and myself. My second link is to Mark Brewer who provides us with a regularily updated, entertaining blog. It is fun trying to guess what he will do to hurt himself each week. My third and final edition is one half of the Skitzoman team: Robin White. I just like Robin and he also regularily blogs and has a creative mind that I enjoy very much. I am willing to add a few more links. Send me the reasons why I should include you and I will decide whether you are linkworthy or not.

Oh yeah my favourite team the Carolina Hurricanes beat Ottawa for the second time this year. They seem to be the only team capable of doing that.

Dedicated to Richard St Jules

This happens to me on occasion. When you're publishing one of the world's top Hab bashing sites you start to get emails from Hab lovers who in true Hab fashion try to be rude and violent. Richard St Jules is one such person. I would like to show you the 3 emails he has sent me but I have always tried to keep this blog PG and we would definitely need an R rating for his insensitive comments. I will sum up in typical hab fan fashion he told me that the Habs were the best ever based solely on the fact that they've won a lot of cups in the past. Since I disagreed with him that meant there were things I should do to myself and where. He also called me a Leafs fan as if the only people that hate Habs are Leafs fans. He told me that the only hockey fans in the world were either Leaf or Habs fans and if you weren't one of the two then you don't have any opinion when it comes to hockey. So I figure a few of us should explain to him how wrong he is. Here is his email address: rich@cogeco.ca WARNING if you receive a response from him it may contain words some would not be able to handle reading. Let the fun begin.

Happy 150th

This is my 150th post. We've come a long way from post #1. For those of you not around way back then here is a recap of it: "Is this on. Hello, hello, anyone there. I can't hear anything. Testing, testing, 1. 2, 3, 4, sibillence, sibillence. Frig this doesn't work at all." Yes that was # 1. Even back then my hatred of the Habs was so evident.

I didn't say anything about Booster last weekend mainly because I forgot. It was ok. The skits were kind of funny. The music was mediocre, the food was better than prison food, the speaker didn't make me sleep and it was kind of good to see a bunch of people I hadn't for a while, and Three Season Ant sucked. I just didn't want to run the risk of overstating anything. The truth is "best booster ever....ever." A special thank-you goes out to Anthony Moore and Chris Stephens for the special gift they gave me. I will treasure it forever. You made me feel like one of the groupies and for that I will be eternally grateful.

Scott Ingalls is jealous of me and my computer. Either that or his panties are cutting off the circulation. (I think it's both)

Dan Lamos told me that my picture was on the Creation Festival website. I took a look and there it was. Not exactly an amazing close up but I made it. I promise to use my new found fame to oppress the Habs and reveal more cross dressing pictures of Scott Ingalls to the world.

I am spending my second night in my new house tonight. I'd like to say it has been real spooky staying here on my own. I'd like to say that but it would be lying. It has been great. I have a little storage room in my upstairs that I'm going to turn into a prayer closet. I'm planning on moving the cats in on the weekend but for now I'm all by myself. (don't want to be all by myself) (hey that's a song) (friggin' stupid Darren thinks he needs an education like I couldn't teach him better things than he'll learn at U of T.)

More Games:

37. Fling the Tart
38. The Mustard Sandwich Game
39. How far can I jump in a Hurricane?
40. Will this foghorn Deafen Me?
